Following his service with the U.S. Marine Corps, he began his career in early 2000 as a carpenter. Joe swiftly earned acclaim for his meticulous craftsmanship and innovative approach, advancing to roles such as Lead Carpenter, Foreman, and Project Manager. Kathryn (Katey) Gordon is a talented administrative professional who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Justice Administration, with a minor in Psychology. Following her service in the U.S. Army, she subsequently established a federal civil service career, where she further honed her strengths in communication, training, and leadership. With over 20 years of combined administrative, supervisory and portfolio management experience gained through her various positions, Katey brings a strong skillset to Tradepro Construction LLC, with a focus on communication, customer service, flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, resilience, and team leadership.
